The damage that xbox caused with gamepass will take years, if not a decade to repair. People demand free games these days to spend thousands of hours playing and never want to spend a cent on battle passes or mtx.

If they spend money on battle passes and skins, it costs way more than a one time paid game like concord. Then when games come out with no battle passes they scream they want them to spend more money.

It's gotta be hard to work as a community manager these days with how bipolar gamers are.
