📍 Qur'an 51:55
👤 Hansi Flick has made it clear to the squad that the trip to Galatasaray is a crucial fixture for Barça.
👥 He has also warned his players to expect an incredibly hostile atmosphere, possibly the most intense they have ever encountered in their careers.

In a Barça training training video, a board featuring different numbers and colors could be seen hanging in the background.
Each number and color corresponds to a different drill, whether it's changing direction, accelerating, dribbling around cones, shooting, or performing various movement patterns.
In the video, Karim Adeyemi is going through this exercise. The fitness coach calls out a specific number, and Adeyemi immediately responds by performing the drill associated with it. For example, at the beginning, the coach says "one," and Karim executes the corresponding drill.
Then he calls out "three," and Karim immediately performs the drill linked to that number as well. This continues with several different numbers until he reaches number five. At this point, Karim isn't sure what he's supposed to do, so he asks for clarification before completing the required drill, which involves dribbling with the ball, accelerating, and shooting.
You might think this is just an ordinary drill, but in reality, visual and cognitive training exercises like these are among the most important methods for improving a player's ability to process information during matches. They also help players develop mentally and cognitively at a much faster rate.
The process follows this sequence:
Stimulus → Perception → Recognition → Decision-making → Movement.
Another important aspect is improving the integration of multiple senses during play. Players don't rely solely on their eyes to find the right response. They must use all their senses, including hearing.
⛔ Dead End for Balde!
🔴 The match against Getafe was a perfect opportunity for Balde after the international break, but he did not play a single minute, and his future at Barça looks increasingly complicated.
👀 Flick relied on most of the players who had not joined their national teams, with even Xavi Espart starting the match, while Balde remained on the bench.
📊 Balde has played just 12 minutes this season, all against Racing, and has fallen behind Espart and Cancelo in the left-back pecking order, making the January transfer window a crucial moment for his future.
