As a trader, you must understand this truth clearly. FOMO destroys more accounts than lack of strategy ever will.

Fear of missing out happens when you abandon your plan just to be part of a move. Price starts moving aggressively and suddenly you feel the urge to jump in. Not because your setup is complete, but because you do not want to be left behind.

The market creates opportunities every single day. Your job is not to catch every move. Your job is to execute your edge with discipline. When you enter a trade because it is already running, you are trading emotions. Emotions do not respect risk management.

Missing a trade is always cheaper than forcing a trade.

Many traders lose money not because they lack knowledge, but because they lack patience. They see profits that they could have made and allow regret to push them into late entries. Most late entries come with poor risk to reward and unnecessary drawdown.
