#RevReviews #OnceUponADeadpool- 2nd time around for Deadpool 2 movie with so-so PG-13 edits. Scenes with Fred Savage make it worth seeing again. That and final post-credit scene. Stay till the ABSOLUTE end.

#RevReviews #TheMule- The old boy still has some kick in him. Eastwood does an excellent acting job and pretty good directing. Worth a matinee.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #TheFavourite- This will be a favorite at Oscar time; not a favorite of mine. Slow pace and strange plot will not make it for everyone. Still worth a matinee.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse- A web-changer for the Spidey movies and the best of the 7 made. Worth seeing in 3D and on biggest screen possible (saw it in IMAX). #Spiderverse

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #FirstManMovie- If this is your first launch into the early age of NASA, this may be a great movie for you. I didn't find it that exciting plus Ryan Reynolds portrayal fails to get off the ground.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #AStarIsBornMovie- It will receive lots of Oscar nods...and I didn't like it one bit. Actually, didn't like the previous 2 remakes either. I did enjoy seeing Dave Chappelle and Andrew Dice Clay in it.

#RevReviews #TheHateUGive- Give this movie some love and see it ASAP. Stays true to the book (even if abbreviated) & gives a powerful message. Worth full price.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #Venom - More bite to it than I expected. Starts slow but picks up quickly. If you love him from the comics, you might have difficulty with this softer Venom. Worth a matinee. Stay for two bonus scenes.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #ASimpleFavor- Not so simple a story line. It twists several film styles into a plot that will keep many convoluted till the end. Worth a matinee.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #HappytimeMurders, the swimming-in-their-own-genepool child of #BridesmaidsMovie & #AvenueQ. Some will think it's deeply felt; others that it's full of dirty fluff. Definitely a 'personal preference' movie.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #TheMeg - Better than Sharknado but not quite Jaws. Not a bad movie if you don't go too deep & just enjoy. Worth a matinee but skip IMAX & 3D.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #BlacKkKlansman- It starts slow and builds to a raging fire, lighting up the past and the present. Worth full price. Now I need to read the book!

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #MissionImpossible Fallout- After 5 missions, I thought it was impossible keep this franchise cruising. Possibly the best of the series. Your mission is to see it on biggest screen you can. @MissionFilm

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #Blindspotting- Do NOT miss seeing this! Powerful & beautifully told, this movie makes you look at race, friendship, and the (in)justice system in a different way. Worth full price.

[Rev. Darryl T Powell @therevreviews]

#RevReviews #SorryToBotherYou- Sorry, this isn't for everyone. I was sold from the start on it (and love the ending!). The spouse was thrown by its alternate universe ring. Still worth spending some money on.
