The fetus is the parent's own dependent child, created through the parents' actions, and pregnancy is the natural means by which that child is raised until birth. Parental duties don't generally require surrendering organs, but they do require providing ordinary life sustaining care. So the question isn't whether parents lose bodily autonomy at conception; it's whether bodily autonomy includes a right to intentionally kill one's own dependent child. Those are different claims.
