Just Ask Three
If you are providing or being provided a respirator, ask these three questions:
1. Is it a certified N95/P2 respirator?
2. Has there been a face fit done?
3. Was training on its use provided?
Answering no to any of these, means you may not be adequately protected!

@kate_cole_ @rajah_mich @fifteenforty@Alienlocale@venessb@drajm@GongGasGirl@NeelaJan@snouzin@AIOH_Inc Powerful stories, how can a workplace deteriorate to such a condition and still no one has stepped in and said enough. Airborne contaminant with a potential fatality risk and inadequate critical control. Show me a risk assessment that doesn’t define this as an unacceptable risk

Yes it is time we made our skills better known to assist our colleagues in this workplace.
To the “experts” providing the advice that N95/P2 are not necessary for frontline HCW. Can you provide the logical scientific based assessment that led to this outcome. I am always interested in learning something radically new or please review your advice.

Some interesting info relating to managing heat stress during COVID-19 in health care scenarios. May not be an issue yet in Australia but warmer weather is coming. Let's be prepared.
