You don’t need a 28 point f’ing plan.
You only need a two point plan.

Point One:
Russia must completely withdraw all of its military forces from Ukraine and cease all hostilities, period.

Point Two:
An international committee will determine how Russia will provide reparations to Ukraine in the rebuilding of the country and compensate its citizens for its losses of homes and lives.

It’s a rough outline, but it must be non-negotiable.
