Elakkan ambil insurans/takaful sebab segan dah banyak tanya atau stress kena push dengan agent. Insurans penting tapi anda ada hak dapatkan yang terbaik.
Agent pula lengkapkan diri dgn ilmu yang betul. Biasakan buat proper fact finding, fokus pada keperluan client bukan produk.

Why is it that property developers advertising via sponsored fb always ask you to register just to get info about the property? Even name of building also they don't want to say. Why ya?
