One of the best deterrents for poor behavior is for students to see that the administration is totally supportive of their staff. When they see admin that has their staff's back and everyone on same page, it makes a big difference!

*focus only on standardized tests as success
* give students little voice/input into learning
* focuses on their weaknesses not strengths
