Either way, you need to get some more eyes on the game as it is now. Feedback from players alpha or beta testing would help you sharpen focus on what's actually important and what's not. Scope creep has a way of getting out of hand when you're deep in development. You could be spending resources on problems with features that players don't actually care about. Until you get some real player feedback, you won't know.
At this point, I think a trimmed down first release laser-focused on the features that players love (i.e. you really need that alpha or beta feedback!) would be the way to go. Whichever structure can deliver that, I think would be the way forward.
In the interim, is Bisuto still going to be released? I was super excited for that one, @sanscrayons work is beautiful 🔥
Same here.
By way of background for those who care, I spent a lot of time last week with senior members of the Anthropic team to understand what they do to ensure Claude is good for humanity and was impressed.
Everyone I met was highly competent and cared a great deal about doing the right thing. No one set off my evil detector. So long as they engage in critical self-examination, Claude will probably be good.
After that, I was ok leasing Colossus 1 to Anthropic, as SpaceXAI had already moved training to Colossus 2.
@webjuice_ie On that site we have 18 plugins. Using a FSE/blocks theme: the Ollie theme from @mikemcalister and @patrickposner_ It's a great theme and I highly recommend it!
Looking at the Ollie theme for one of our brands now. Kudos on the theme - the codebase is beautiful ❤️🔥 Here's an excerpt from our security audit, I think you'll like this 😆
"I have everything I need. The verdict is unusually short because the codebase is unusually clean.
:: Ollie security audit - verdict ::
Findings: zero. Not "low-severity findings", not "informational notes" - actually zero exploitable issues, dangerous patterns, or deferred risks. This is what a properly-built modern FSE theme looks like."
Adopting Claude speak in my regular life, episode 1:
Partner: Did you do the dishes tonight?
Me: Yes they're done.
Partner: Why are they still dirty?
Me: You're right to push back. I didn't actually do them.
