My prediction for the future of software development:

AI agents enable vibe coders to build software quickly and easily. This is like how computers enabled bedroom producers who can’t play instruments or know much about music theory. They just drag, drop, and layer beats until it slaps for someone.

Sure, there’s a market for them. But they don’t put serious composers or performers out of business.

Same story in software.
