Thank you to everyone at The Christie for such a moving visit today.
Meeting patients, families and staff was a powerful reminder that healing is about so much more than treatment alone. A cancer diagnosis affects every part of life, in mind, body and the deeper part of ourselves. The way we process fear, uncertainty and change is deeply personal.
The Christie’s commitment to holistic care, from art therapy and wellbeing spaces to emotional and spiritual support, helps people navigate not only illness, but the profound impact it can have on quality of life. These services empower patients to play an active role in their recovery and wellbeing, reminding us that care should always be centred on the whole person.
Thank you for sharing your stories with me, and for the compassion, creativity and dedication shown every day across the hospital.

"Harry still approach life like a royal..."😂😂
This is your monthly reminder that Harry is still a member of the RF, no matter if his phone calls go unanswered and he is not invited, nor welcomed in their midst...🤭
This is coming about because someone is NOT welcomed to his cousin Peter Philips, Royal wedding this week end.
But then again, neither was he welcomed to the Duke of Westminster's wedding either last year.
And this is the part that Harry must feel the most bitter about: it is not that he is not necessarily invited, I am sure they might have spared him an invitation out of pity or out of the fondness they once held for him;
The worst part is even as they might send him the invitation, they make it clear to him that it is best if he does NOT come because his presence as well as his wife's presence, are not welcome and the family would rather not see him there🔥
That is the hardest part ot deal with: he is no longer welcome in their midst because they no longer trust him enough to even invite him to a funeral or a wedding, for fear he will go sell their private lives to the media for money🔥
Trust has gone. Thus, what is left?
When H&M were selling the RF for money and fame, they never realised that they were alienating themselves from high society entirely.
These two "middle aged teenagers", never thought about the treal consequences: that ALL doors will be shut in their faces because someone who would sell their own immediate family for money, cannot have loyalty to anyone else, that is the cold truth🤷🏽♀️
If H&M had even the intelligence given to a fly, they would have realised that the top of the pyramid hates family scandal and noise.
The top of the pyramid values their privacy and discretion. Once you start talking about private business publicly and becoming controversial, you are cut off🤷🏽♀️
Well and so, Harry can scream that he is a royal till he is red in the face, when all is said and done, when the next generations look at the family pictures, the big Royal events that happened, they will not see him.
Even worse, the next generation might be warn off to never even approach this uncle and forget about him because nothing good can come from someone who betrays their own family for money☕️
Pop star Ronan Keating could be overheard saying to the Princess of Wales: 'Please say hi to William'.
His wife Storm Keating, added 'he's such a gent', before Ronan said: 'Yeah, we love him.'
Catherine then made the pair laugh when she replied: 'So do I’ 🥰❤️
Former First lady Jill Biden new memoir is out this week and it was quite the surprise to hear Princess Catherine's name being mentioned in it🤩
The Former First lady recounted her first meeting with the Prince and Princess of Wales back in 2021 during her first state Visit to the UK, and she had some heartwarming words about the Princess writing:
“At every event we’d been at together, Kate and William were friendly. When Princess Kate and I cooed over rabbits at a primary school in West Cornwall, I found her instantly likable, very unassuming. She made me feel at ease. She seemed so grounded. I encouraged her to keep a journal about her experiences. She said she liked to draw and paint, but I said you can never have too many ways to privately express your feelings.”🔥
Again, the same type of feedbacks from everyone who meets Catherine, praising her personality: her kindness, her comforting and unassuming nature, her way to make everyone feel seen and at ease❤️
Well and so, when the store clerk working at the convenient store in Berkshire and the former First lady of the United States have the same gracious comment to say about you, then the public knows that you are truly a genuine decent human being, regardless of whom is in front of you🔥
It has to be said that throughout our Lives on earth, we meet different people, from different walk of life and cultures. Most, we instantly forget within a matter of hours, some we remember vaguely with a smile or with an irritated eye roll;
Very few strangers in Life leave us with a lasting good impression and a fondness in our hearts, especially after only ONE meeting👌🏾
Catherine and William have that "IT"; that way of leaving strangers they come in contact with, from the homeless to the butcher at the corner of the street; from celebrities to Government officials, with a positive lasting first impression of being seen and feeling appreciated.❤️
And this, my Dears, is ultimately what truly matters in the end, long after we are gone: Being remembered, fondly🔥
It is interesting that so many celebrities and public officials are writing memoirs to leave a sort of legacy, in their own words, of their lives. Why is that? because ultimately, once One has lived long enough after the Ambers of wild youth and its recklessness have been consumed, One starts thinking about what memory will be left of us to our children after we are gone? How would we be remembered or will we be forgotten?
That is when we realise that ultimately people like William and Catherine who take the time to slow down in life, to smile, hug and talk to a stranger to offer a kind word or gesture, will never need to write memoirs to be remembered🔥
Their ability to leave a positive and lasting memory in the people they met along the way, is what will keep their memory alive in the heart of the public and this is something that no book can truly achieve.
Food for thoughts☕️
At Sentebale, he quit when the chair called him a racist bully. At WellChild and Invictus, there are money issues. And for African Parks, he has failed to address serious allegations. Harry has no business being involved in charities.
@DailyMail No one is ‘concerned’ or ‘worried’ or fretful over ANYTHING the Prince and Princess of Wales are doing, apart from this rag of a paper. Every bloody single week there’s a hit on on Prince William. It’s beyond ridiculous now.
Princess Catherine is everything Meghan Markle wanted people to see when she married into the Royal Family: the admiration, the respect, the influence and that effortless global profile.
The difference is that Catherine actually earned it.
She didn’t spend years telling everyone how misunderstood she was or how important her voice should be. She quietly got on with the job, turning up, carrying out her duties, and letting her actions speak louder than any interview or statement. Over time, people came to respect her because they saw real consistency, dignity, and commitment.
Meghan seemed to believe the title alone would deliver the same level of admiration. It doesn’t work like that.
Respect isn’t something you can demand, buy, marry into, or claim just because you think you deserve it. People decide for themselves whether you’ve earned it.
That’s why Princess Catherine is respected, and Meghan Markle is still chasing the kind of respect she thought would come automatically.
Respect isn’t a wedding present. It’s built brick by brick, year after year. Something Meghan Markle will never understand.
It’s been brought to my attention that Meghan Markle is now selling “luxury matches.”
As the recipient of an As Ever wickless candle, what am I supposed to light with those matches? She gave up being British royalty to sell matches and orange marmalade. That is a fall from grace. 😂
A week ago in Reggio Emilia, The Princess of Wales met children, educators, families and the wider community.
Two days focused on the earliest years and the impact they have on each child’s future 🌱
Thank you to all who made this visit so special! 🇬🇧🇮🇹
