Courts don’t generally allow “I felt scared” to justify deadly force unless the threat is credible and imminent. If property damage justified running people over, we’d be in a full-blown Mad Max state.

No weapons were visible. No one opened the door. One guy hit a taillight and ran. Everyone else visibly backed off.

The taillight was struck after the car was already stopped, not “surrounded.” A single person hitting a taillight does not justify nearly killing her
