Rode #lairobear 10am today. Packed snow over dirt. Great for fat and studded tires. Marginal for regular tires depending on your comfort level. Clear dirt on south facing sections. BCT out and back, no Rutabaga. #denmtbreport

Rode #lairobear 11am today. Icy on north facing sections, but good with studded tires. All clear south facing. Got softer and muddier as temp rose. BCT out and back, no Rutabaga, which was clear up top, but I was worried about no foot traffic for compacting snow. #denmtbreport

Lots of trout in the South Platte under the Speer bridge. White Wooly Buggers size 8-12. Carp are few and far between. Today's cooler weather has them hiding? Low flows & clear through the heart of Denver.
