Cody really tried to pull an evo 2014 SmashJunkie vs JimJamFlimFlam startstalling spike on hbox but the real JimJam wasn't there for him because he lacked the power of friendship....
Louis Rossmann dismantles the claim that PBS lost 70 years of data because Trump defunded them.
It’s not a funding problem. It’s a competence problem.
The local PBS affiliate:
• Had a $179k chief technology officer
• Multiple years of solid revenue and net profit
• Kept 70 years of archives on one cloud provider with zero local backups
• Didn’t even download the data when the contract was ending
ROSSMANN: “This is the most incompetence that I've ever seen in my life. It's inexcusable.”
The host of the podcast, the one that said gamer rights are “complicated” without any context whatsoever, posted on Twitter: ”…I want them to succeed. I am on the side of PlayStation, and Xbox, and all the companies. I want them to win.”
Oh, he is also sponsored by Sony.
Fair enough: he’s entitled to his bias. But maybe he should disclose it. And maybe the journalists reporting on this should disclose it too.
„It’s complicated“
I pay you money. I get something in return.
I’m sorry for having such a wild expectation as not being stolen from.
Fun fact: even the EU Commission itself has pointed out that we are not asking for anything that infringes IP law.
And if we were — 1.4 million Europeans, and millions more worldwide, are asking you to do something about it anyway. Remind us: who’s the sovereign again?
And there it is: no longer just games. Movies, Software, your GPS, all of it. "You will own nothing and be happy" was never a statement of intent. It was a prophecy.
Christopher Nolan previously said movie fans should keep buying physical media as the industry shifts toward digital-only releases.
“If you buy a 4K UHD, you buy a Blu-ray, it’s on your shelf, it’s yours. No company is going to break into your house and take it from you and repossess it.
It’s yours, and you own it. That’s never really the case with any form of digital distribution.”
Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick says physical discs "don't really make sense" for big games like GTA 6
“Our business is well over 90% digitally distributed. It's already a digital business. So in certain instances, especially if it's a big game, discs just — note I said discs — don't really make sense for the consumer.
Translation: „we want to scam you out of your money, you having no rights, no second hand market“
Sony is now being sued in five countries over claims that it has too much control over digital game sales on PlayStation.
The lawsuits, filed in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, and Mexico, argue that because Sony is the only company allowed to sell digital PlayStation games through the PlayStation Store, it can keep prices higher and give players fewer choices.
@BestMarvelU When I first saw this i was oh god damn. Then to see hulk being scared was interesting throughout infinity war. I was expecting a really cool character arc then an awesome fist to cuffs where hulk overcomes Thanos in end game....... but no.... imagine writing character developmnt
@Normalssbbbx I would add (player dependent) for the "cool" tier. These characters can be cool but how many players actually play cool with them, if that makes sense.
No disc so you'll never own the game, 100 euro if you want all content, and now you need a Netflix subscription for an early look at gameplay even if pre-orders have already started
Truly everything that's wrong with gaming in 2026
@Acrux_Ander Gta6 is $80-$100. People have already bought it...... Rockstar has yet to reveal 1 single spec of the gameplay.....
Idk about everyone else. But I have a weird feeling this game isnt finished yet.
