JioMart offers 10% promocash as cashback in the wallet but when an order fails due to a technical issue at their end only the bank payment is refunded, not the used promo cash.

Old fuel transactions were settled without surcharge so I continued using the card
Now suddenly fuel surcharge is being deducted from those old transactions back to back
No useful offers lots of restrictions and now surprise charges
