@TheGymGroup you have told me that I need to complete an induction in order to use your facilities and that somebody would contact me, but nobody has contacted me, it is impossible to book an induction as there are no slots, and your online support offers no help.

Hello @virginmedia my partner has been trying to cancel our subscription to internet for several days and you are making it exceptionally difficult for us to do so. Do you have someone I can speak to directly about this? It is disgraceful.
@virginmedia with how utterly impossible it is to fulfil a simple operation can you please suggest hiring more team members to deal with this. It should not have to be a multi-day endeavour to simply cancel your services. Especially considering how expensive they are compared to competitors.

1/Please understand this. If coronavirus is allowed to circulate freely in a population which is mostly not vaccinated it has a bigger chance to mutate as we can see happening now. It’s bad news if mutations lead to vaccine resistance. Then even the vaccinated won’t be protected.
