@pat_dooley Me too, but the goosebumps left when treated to the third song which is rare and he chose “Coming Up”. I guess we’re lucky and he didn’t do “Say Say Say”. Rocky Racoon” or “Why Don’t We Do It In The Road” would have been much better.
@ESPNMcGee@ESPNRadio@SECNetwork@MartySmithESPN Your caller today mentioning the legendary Van Earl Wright brought back great memories of CNN sports show nightly at 11pm. I would put Nick Charles & Fred Hickman right up there compared to any ESPN Sports Center tandem.
@SweetTexanRose This is actually two Atlanta legendary broadcasters during the 70’s -80’s and beyond. That’s Wes Sarginson on weather and anchor John Pruitt. I don’t remember the ladies name. She looks like Jessica Savage but not her. We lost Wes not too long ago.🙏
@JamesMelville Reminds me of Bill Murray in Caddyshack when he says to the Bishop (who's having his greatest round), "I'd keep playing. I don't think the heavy stuff will come down for a while"😂
@Super70sSports Wait For Me, Promises Ain’t Enough, So Close, Do It For Love, Did It In A Minute, She’s Gone, It’s A Laugh, Adult Education, Missed Opportunity, Las Vegas Turnaround, Back Together Again, When The Morning Comes, I Don’t Want To Lose You, Everytime You Go Away, Do What You Want
@MartySmithESPN On a different note, since you & Ryan love 90’s country music, you guys and the wives need to hit the Boatyard @ Lake Norman on 5/30 and check out this great 90’s country music cover band, Mustache The Band. You’ll thank me later!

@jamiedupree This brings back memories of teenage me living in north Florida in the 70’s at bedtime with the radio on AM listening to sports talk Pete Franklin and WWWE (three W “E”) out of Cleveland, WSB out of Atlanta and WBT out of Charlotte.
