#TipTuesday: Be cautious of your time in the sun. The sun & other light sources can lead to an autoimmune response in the body & skin. Sjögren’s patients can experience skin rashes, ocular sensitivity, pain & disease flares.

Today is World Sjögren's Day!
This day gives everyone an opportunity to use your voice to help raise awareness. Educating those close to you about the disease will help share the message that Sjögren’s is serious, systemic & prevalent #WorldSjögrensDay#Sjögrens#ThisIsSjögrens
Do you have a teenager @RoundRockISD that is struggling with their mental well-being during COVID? Read and share this information from

Checking in on kids that are failing, I’ve heard some heartbreaking stories - “trying to do the work off my phone” “I share my device with my younger siblings and help them with their work first””I’m having to work right now” God, bless these kids! #dontjudge#gracebeforegrades
BREAKING: 30 mins ago, @RoundRockISD leadership sent this letter to @teainfo. It demands that:
-in-person school be suspended until 7-day hospitalization average is 5 or less
-additional state funds are allocated for safe schooling
-STAAR Tests/A-F grading system are suspended
So a teacher tests positive. Do they quarantine for 14 days? Are those sick days? Who pays for them? Will they still be required to teach while in quarantine? #COVID19
