in 13days raked up 166 bill. A bill she had never been sent.then 7days later its 200 for an empty property may i point out. And the letters of threats i find upsetting.Thankfully she is surrounded by people who can help her. Another widow might not be. Shame on you @EDFofficiel

@EDF what a disgrace.Rang on behalf of my mil who is recently widowed on the 23rd March.she paid her Acc upto that date.explained her situation she isn't living there so to 4ward all bills.4th April she receives a debt letter for £166 7days later she now has final notice for £200

@Northpowergrid To say you have restored so many homes yet you cant take or return calls to the people you haven't restored power to. Where are all the staff sent out to help individuals? Absolutely nobody has been near my area, we have young children and "mature" neighbour's!!absolute joke
