You've probably heard this before, but seriously, adding closed captions is SO important!
Closed captions make your content more accessible to people who are hard of hearing as well as those who watch videos with the sound off (on the bus after forgetting your AirPods, anyone?).
Most social media platforms offer the option to add closed captions when you upload a video, but if you're publishing to multiple platforms, you can save time by adding them directly onto the video using a tool like @KapwingApp.

As a social media manager, sh*t can hit the fan when you least expect it, but you'll be ready and prepared for any eventuality if you invest some time into a crisis plan!
This could be anything from deleting spam messages to publishing a statement after a negative article about your client's business - whatever the emergency, you'll be armed and ready with signed-off responses and contact details for senior staff members.
Seriously. It's a real earworm.
