So, @FedEx @FedExHelp is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Several claims and several departments later, and still no one has any clue what is going on. And using their website to try and successfully file a claim & supporting documents is awful

Hi @FedEx @FedExHelp I filed a claim 1 month ago since a package containing paintings that I shipped from your stores arrived to my home destroyed. I still have yet to hear back from you; customer service is telling me the entire claims department has been down for weeks...wow!
