My Yoruba is clean. I understand Yoruba. I speak Yoruba but the problem ? I can’t speak Yoruba without switching to English under 30 seconds of speaking Yoruba.

I can’t defend myself in Yoruba. In fact, I can’t speak it for long.

I realized this when I was trying to practice preaching in Yoruba for evangelism(if I try it, those older women can slap me 😭).

I’m honestly pained I can’t speak my language the way I ought to. Might have to take Yoruba language lessons because ko boju mu rara mehn. 🤦‍♀️

@EdoVibeQueen I might get what he’s reacting to, but I don’t think it’s about structure. K-dramas are nothing like Nollywood in form. Sometimes the story conflicts just feel familiar, but his conclusion falls short because familiar doesn’t mean sameness

@rajivsh76220891 We know that when an artist esp mainstream want to start been active again, they do a lot of PR for visibility and it was obvious that the show was part of the pr and it was created to get people taking. My question is - how do know she values her friend more than her husband?
