So what are you doing by sitting on my complaint
And for an eyewash saying that you have assigned a mechanic
The mechanic doesn't even cover my area

What a pathetic state jio fiber has gone to. The customer care service has gone down the drains
No jio internet connection in my area due to tech issues of cables hanging on poles, and no one to resolve the issue- last 4 days
