The NFL has decline Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby's application to enter the supplemental draft. @SINow has obtained the letter the league sent to Sorsby to inform him of the decision.

Major League Baseball today proposed sweeping changes to baseball's amateur systems.
The league proposed an international draft, as expected.
Starting in 2027, both the domestic and int'l drafts would be 12 rounds, with $200 million bonus pools each.
Starting in 2028, the domestic draft would require players to be age 20 by Sept. 1 of draft year, and two years removed from high school graduation.
Int'l players would need to be 18 by Sept. 1 of draft year.
