@AmericanAir First flight of the day for this plane. It was over 80 degrees in the cabin. Passengers could have been given water or deboarded while you did maintenance.

@AmericanAir Flight 4096 from Chicago to Greensboro has a load of passengers sitting on a hot plane right now. I’ve been flying for 30+ years and this is one of the absolute worst situations I’ve had.
