So, everyday force yourself to do at least 1 thing you don't want to do but know you must.
Despite what people do and say, - nobody can force you to have a victim mentality. You have to give consent to become a victim. Don’t allow that defeatist mentality to enter your mind. Dig down deep and say, No, thanks, despite what’s happening, I am going to see great victory.
In 2 Timothy 1-7 St. Paul wrote "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love AND A SOUND MIND."
We can't control that we'll all have negative thoughts jump into our heads - question is: will you dwell on those thoughts or replace them with positive beliefs.
