First for me today changing my stoma bag on a plane during turbulence as I had a leaky bag! (Cabin pressure I presume). Joined a Mile High Club, but not the one I would have chosen!!

Our holiday in Spain is almost over :( going home the day after tomorrow. Still, I have managed to keep hydrated in heat around 40 degrees, energy levels have been good, I have swum every day in the pool for ages and snorkelled today and saw hundreds of fish! So not complaining!

@thespooniemummy Hi there, yes I do, with a full swimsuit with a tight pair of pants on underneath or high waisted bikini and more recently with bag out and a skinny bikini! I use the Sensura Mio and have no issues with lack of adhesion. Just dry with a towel and in the sun and good to go! X

@rocking2stomas is right, I think urostomy is the poor relation to colostomy and ileostomy. There are far more articles and information about bowel related Ostomies and Rachel tries to redress this balance. Great article x
