And although again I don't necessarily agree with all aspects, it's the most well rounded in my opinion.

I don't like plans that use tax money, tell people it will work a certain way, and fail to meet the mark. Leaving people who felt their needs were finally being met in a worse position. If you are happy with that I don't know what else to say.
