You’re telling me that Nina Totenberg formed a half-assed opinion about the work of the Supreme Court, based on a set of fashionable false assumptions, and without checking the details first? I refuse to believe it.
People are dunking on her, but under the old patronage system, Republicans would hire Republican civil servants and Democrats would hire Democrats, but we wisely got rid of that system so that no matter who was elected President, the federal workforce would always be Democrats.

I’m not sure who is going to win this far out but the important thing is to get extremely emotionally invested in your candidate of choice, bully all possible opponents, and then stay home when your preferred candidate drops out after Iowa.
I would love to destroy the post office: the institution whose sole remaining purpose is sending me junk mail and requiring "certified mail" for important legal documents when an email is better in literally every way.
