@arrivanorthwest Thanks to the driver that refused me carriage with a foldable electric scooter. He stated it's "Policy" when there's no announcement. The 07:12 110 service from Widnes Green Oaks on MX12KVR. It's a long walk from Widnes to Warrington on Train Strike day.
