@FriskyDingoDick@BrandonRahbar Which is the point of what Sam was saying.
He was pointing out the multiple revenue streams that OKC has peaking at the right time with the new CBA, the new arena, the growth of the sport internationally, as well as the new TV deal.
@SteveThunderfan@SnottieDrippen Agreed.
People seem to generally misunderstand it as hate (or assume it) but ambivalence is probably the closest word for it.
@kukblue1@ThunderFocus Johnson has size…but he’s both a worse defender AND a worse rebounder than Joe so what do you think we’re gaining with his size? Just a question to consider.
@Junebugdior @CAlmanza1007 Read the thread.
A Clippers fan/organization claiming superiority over the Thunder organization simply doesn’t fly.
I’m not here claiming superiority, I’m simply saying that we’re not a subservient or minor league organization by any stretch of the imagination.
@mjones_vandy3@CAlmanza1007 Nobody is trying to score points. I made an objectively true set of statements.
And saying that the “Ballmer Clippers” have more credibility than the Thunder is simply not true.
Not by any measurable or objective reality.
@CAlmanza1007 And what have the Clippers won exactly??
The farthest they have ever made it is a Conference finals in 2021.
They are also the oldest franchise in North American professional sports to have NEVER PLAYED IN A CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.
@CAlmanza1007 OKC has made the playoffs 11 times in 17 seasons.
LAC? 15 times in 41 seasons.
The Clippers are the last team that ever needs to talk about “being big dawgs”….
