The new @NetNetCap V3 Bond program now has a Sleeve of NET maintained for Bond purchasers.

The RWA Sleeve assets are used as collateral for a USDG borrow on the credit desk, and then NET is purchased at spot pricing. 5% goes back into the loop from the normal spot fee.

Token goes up and no new NET is minted for dilution.
