@Delta I’ve been a loyal customer, but my experience on DL0543 from Orange County to Atlanta tonight was unacceptable. Your female flight attendant’s rude behavior for switching to an open economy seat after boarding was uncalled for especially since others moved within our economy class (flight only had 40 total passengers and plenty of empty rows). Why was I singled out and spoken to condescendingly and asked to move back to my original seat? Please train staff to treat paying customers with respect.
