I have been told today that a large piece of "signed off" work that we have been prepping for has been de scoped by some director. cost 90k

Really I have no faith in the offshore test team. Their fault? Probably not but they can not even get the basics right. #softwaretesting

The whole organisation seem to be pushing for this offshore option, and not one of the projects I am hearing is it working

The Sys test manager can not understand what the offshore team have been doing #offshoredoesntwork. Sys manger is relying on the UAT team
