After 31 hours of waiting…. Guess that phone call just isn’t going to happen.@Teladoc even called yesterday to confirm I was still going to get a call was told oh yea of course just be patient give it time. Shame on y’all.

@steveeagar We have been without power since 2am not getting any info from @oncor about when it will be restored....We need help we’re cold! Please get the power restored to areas that have been without for so long.

@wfaaweather 15 hours no power can’t get thru to oncor phone is runing out of battery 54 in the house were freezing @oncor this is not a “controlled” outage

@Enterprise got hit by a lady her fault, got a rental from y’all while mine is getting fixed. Walk outside in the morning to go to work and I have a flat. Now y’all are telling me I have to buy a new tire. I will not be getting rental cars from y’all...absolutely ridiculous.
