@darrenrovell How on earth did they pull a fast one? Nowadays trading the #1 overall pick for the 5th pick would net you at least an additional future 1st rounder + more.
@RobertGermano22@CodifyBaseball The reason for the approach is that it is too hard to string together hits for multi-run innings so the HR is the shortcut. What happens if you swing like that and don't hit the HR? You lose all the time. I'm a Giants fan. We've found out for years now. I want them to change it
@rinnterra777@CodifyBaseball I understand the approach. I think I just disagree with the logic.
I am a Giants fan. These guys are swinging out of their asses and not hitting for ANY power at all. Then you just lose every game. I would like to see the team take a different approach and see what happens
@BaseballWRLD_ Him not hitting isn’t new. It isn’t a bad start to the season. This is who he is. Incredible defensive catcher. Probably the best in the league. He cannot hit major league pitching.
It’s a bummer but it’s the reality. Hopefully someone can help him become a serviceable hitter.
@OscarGo50298897@SFGiantsMemer You know how baseball should work is your 3 guys hitting 4-6 in the lineup making a combined $80 million this season should not be the 3 worst hitters in MLB but here we are. I don't think we're unrealistic. This season has been miserable.
@PavlovicNBCS If you think about it. Counting Logan, 5 of our 6 highest paid players have been pretty terrible.
Devers
Adames
Chapman
Webb
Lee
Only Robbie Ray has even been decent. He’s been pretty good. Such a nightmare start to the season.
@ButcherBoy415@ZavaletaJohann His biggest problem is he that he starts off so bad the Giants are so far out of contention before he gets going and playing well. That what he did last season too. The numbers end up being largely meaningless
