I wanted acceptance over resistance. I wanted forgiveness over frustration. I wanted NOW instead of the past or future. I wanted inner knowing over external noise. I want to see opportunity over difficulty. I want to see growth over stagnation.
This week I am setting a target to appreciate all my wins. Big or small, they need to get recognized or I will always be searching for the next thing, without appreciation for what is, NOW.
A dog has this incredible ability to see the world one moment at a time, this is why they tend to get very excited seeing their owners. Dogs could even be considered 4 legged zen masters, who knows!

Whether these judgements are on others or self they always seem to overstay their welcome in the mind. Some judgements stay in the mind without the “host” [human being] even noticing.
The curiosity of what they will end up doing with their lives and the thought of how we might never connect again. The idea that we all grew up in the same 3 mile radius, went to all the same K-12 schools and then one day, everyone just goes their own way.

Something that hasn’t happened has the ability to take over a human beings brain, that is beautiful. Beautiful, because if a future event can take over the brain, then the present moment can take it back. See the double standard?

Filling our time with activities that can better ourselves rather than keeping us complacent. Should he read the book or finish that new Netflix series? Productivity comes from sacrificing a short term desire for the long term payout.
