Today - again - another charge went off my account - for services that were Cancelled!! The worst part is, that they disabled the chat button on my account, so "no more enquiries from this client, lets just milk her account as much as we can" Shocking!

First I ask about moving my domain to them, then they suggest 2 wait until it expires. So they go buy it behind my back and want to resell it to me for over R1k 😖

After many chats to their incompetent chat line, I ended this relationship- no trust no more, cancel everything. Started over with a new company. They insist I respond to an email they sent me - BUT I CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAILS?? How do you want me to do that??

@GoogleWorkspace I have been trying to get suspended BGP's reinstated for over a year! No replies, no reasoning, and no suggestions on how to fix it. Just generic emails that refer to the same articles with no real information in them. SCHOCKING. 🙄😤😤
