A love letter to women everywhere.
To the strong, the soft, the resilient, the growing, the healing.
Different ages, different races, different stories yet united by strength.
Happy International Women’s Day. 🤍

Jamaican food critic based in America orders a Nigerian lady’s homemade Jollof rice, seasoned fish, okra and Banga soup for $445, then tips her an extra $55 for a job well done and rates the food 9.9/10 😳🔥❤️
A new record has been set!!!! Together.. we have made history 🎉🎉🎉 51k of you showed up for us to break this record! My heart is full & I’m short of words. 🥹
True change is made manifest when we collaborate with key stakeholders in our respective communities.
Today, the Run4Breath team had the privilege and honour of a courtesy visit to the palace of the Asagba of Asaba, Obi (Prof) Epiphany Chibogu Azinge, SAN, OON.
The delegation was lead by @emmiesax who is the South-South coordinator for this initiative. The Asagba welcomed the initiative and also made inputs in areas where partnerships can be fostered to make this initiative more impactful and inclusive.
This is a step in the right direction, and more than a welcome development. It is also a call to potential donors, partners and sponsors who are willing to support me and @judelucan on this cause.
We cannot wait to share these moments with you.
God bless the good people of Asaba.
God bless His Royal Majesty, the Asagba of Asaba.
Asaba Amaka! 🫶🏽🚀🙏🏿❤️
6 Days. 6 States. 6 Geopolitical Zones. 6 Half Marathons.
For months, we have been quietly building, planning, and putting in the grueling kilometers behind the scenes. Now, we are finally ready to take you along with us on this journey.
From August 10th to 15th, Jude Enumjekonaishu @judelucan and myself will be attempting the ultimate test of endurance: running a half marathon (21.1km) every single day, for six consecutive days, across six different states representing the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
But this is about much more than the road beneath our feet. This is a run with a heartbeat.
With the skyrocketing cost of living, managing asthma has become an overwhelming financial burden for many Nigerians. We are leveraging this extreme challenge to raise funds and distribute free, life-saving inhalers to asthma patients in need in every single city we run through.
We cannot do this alone. We need your strength, your voices, your donations, and your partnerships to bring this vision to life and make a tangible difference.
Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing timely updates, behind-the-scenes training, and details on how you can donate and get involved.
The countdown begins now. Let’s make every single kilometer count.
Spread the word, share this post, and stay tuned!

At some point in life, you have to stop shrinking yourself because of what people might think.
They’ll judge you anyway.
Fuck what they think. Wear it. Post it. Start it. Leave it. Love loudly. Try again. Be embarrassing. Be seen.
This is your life, not a group project.
