1) When you sharpen your mind through action, you can achieve great things
2) Sacrifice = mental growth
3) Change your habits, change your life
@thetomschuster@TeamYouTube@TeamYouTube please look into this YouTube channel, CoachTomFit was truly a channel greatly oriented towards health and fitness podcast space I urge you to look into this ASAP and escalate this for a specialist manual review!!
Tom is an excellent coach and a respected voice in the health and fitness space. It’s incredibly disappointing to see this happen to a channel that represents years of work, hundreds of hours of educational content, and an enormous amount of blood, sweat and tears, with so little explanation.
This was a professional, educational health and fitness podcast. Given the significant impact of a channel termination, I’d really appreciate @TeamYouTube arranging a specialist manual review to hopefully rectify this
Tom is mainly active on IG but would really appreciate if fitness X could get behind him!
@thetomschuster@TeamYouTube@TeamYouTube this channel is highly educational on a subject matters that people are going into very blind. There is no promotion of using illegal substances at all. It’s all educational content, and it’s very needed in this space. Taking it down is more of a safety issue.
@TeamYouTube@TeamYouTube I appreciate the work involved in keeping the platform safe, but this channel is fantastic and not something that jeopardizes those standards.
Given the years of work and 170+ educational videos behind him, this decision appears wholly disproportionate given the nature of the channel and the years of work behind it. I for one would really appreciate @TeamYouTube arranging a specialist manual review to get Tom back online!
Hi @TeamYouTube. My monetized YouTube channel, CoachTomFit, was recently terminated for allegedly “promoting the sale of illegal substances.” I submitted an appeal, but it was denied without any indication of which videos or content violated the policy.
My channel is a long-form health and fitness podcast focused on discussion and education, and I do not believe it promotes the sale of illegal substances. Could you please escalate this for a specialist manual review? I’d greatly appreciate another look. Thank you
Discomfort isn’t the enemy. Stagnation is. If you’re not challenging yourself, you’re not growing. The longer you wait to lean into the hard stuff, the further you delay the person you’re meant to become.
Fitness should be building you up, not tearing you down.
Train to get STONGER, not to lose weight.
Eat to REFUEL, not to deprive yourself.
Do cardio to ENHANCE your mental health and well being, not for punishment.
These are BIG mindset shifts that will pay off huge for you.
The power of progress
Succeed? Congrats, you progressed in your goal
Fail? Congrats you progressed in your knowledge
Framing things in a matter of learning and improving rather than failure and dissapointment

99% of people think they need to do more to get in shape
When in reality just take what you’re currently doing and make it better
More = confusion
Better = better
There’s this secret way of eating that not many people talk about.
It’s where you eat vegetables without hating meat.
And where you eat meat without hating vegetables.
Sounds crazy. But some civilizations have been doing this for thousands of years.
It’s called OMNIVORE
Why Magnesium Bisglycinate is such a HACK for sleep:
Glycinate chelate carries the Magnesium across the blood-brain barrier and into the nervous system for anti-anxiety.
This + Blue Light Blockers + Theanine = One HELL of a great night's sleep.
