@B_W_Marshall @CarsCoffeeLife If they contain water soluble CBD, then great, if it's a good quality one (which is not cheap as it's expensive to produce) then you'll absorb almost 100% of the cbd. I hope this helps a little! Do get in touch if you have any questions at all, Kate x

@B_W_Marshall @CarsCoffeeLife Hey Ash, capsules are only effective if they contain water soluble CBD. Cbd is a lipophilic fat so it's really hard for the body to absorb into the blood stream. This is why cbd oil is taken sublingually. If you just swallow cbd oil, you'll absorb about 5 to 15% of the cbd.
