@cat_colourfield @HelloFreshUK Yep a rip off company … people think it’s a good idea to buy food off these people then it all goes wrong … no coms money taken out when not ordered can’t delete accounts and worst of all rotten food … buy locally sourced food not stuff that’s rotting coming from the EU
@LukeAWalsh@HelloFreshUK When a company starts to collapse they have to do all they can to get custom in, I work for them and can’t wait to see them go under. Their work ethic is atrocious, putting in rotten food and food going out of date just as you receive it 🤮
@laurencarmel@HelloFreshUK I’d report this to food standards agency , this is the standard of food a) being delivered to Hellonotsofresh b) it’s not being transported in refrigerated trailers c) it’s then sat in a parcel warehouse d) into a non refrigerated van for delivery to your door
@DeterminedTrav@HelloFreshUK Quick answer no , bit of insight into HF , if they run out of stock they replace it with any old stuff , like say run out of chicken 🐔 they put in prawns 🍤 no one cares
@garthamallacher@HelloFreshUK Looks like a standard hellonotsofresh packed box and bare in mind that box has probably been sat on a non refrigerated trailer for 12-16 hrs before going into a non refrigerated van before getting to you
@GGas1m@HelloFreshUK And a standard reply probably a standard gesture of a refund into your Hellonotsofresh account meaning uve got to buy more rotten food
