@HalifaxBank So, day 4 of actively chasing and calling on this issue and I'm hoping that I will get to speak to someone who can actually help and not get passed on again.
@HalifaxBank So I went in branch just before closing at 5. Whilst they couldn't help me directly. They did calarify some more information about my issue. They have provided me with another number. Which I need to call today as it's only a 9-5 service.
@HalifaxBank Turns out I was given the wrong number 03453661513, and that team were unable to give me a number that wasn't the centralised customer service team 03457263646 that I had been speaking to earlier(when I got through).
@HalifaxBank It worked to a point. I got given another number 03453661513 for another team. I was told I could ring from 08:00. Only to find out after another automated system that, that team doesn't start until 09:00. Despite being told by the Halifax call centre to call from 08:00
@HalifaxBank Thanks that's worked. But it shouldn't have to be that way. At least let people know the length of the queue or be able to join the queue.
