Where will the resources come from to support 10 billion humans in 50 years?
How will we manage the wastes of a global economy double the size?
What will be left of nature?
No one can answer these questions,
... yet, blinded by the economic growth imperative, still we "grow".

If I can ask one thing of you,
please start questioning the system,
.. and do not be afraid to support the movement to change it.

If we'd kept our consumption modest & our populations small, the age of abundance could have lasted millennia.
But we refused to #LiveWithinLimits- grew our populations, grew our consumption levels,
... & blew the age of abundance in an historically brief "growth" frenzy.
@MattWallace888 No one would have done back then, but that's because air traffic has increased massively since the 70's. Not hard to work out once you engage your brain.
@TheGreenParty Hi Zak, what are your plans address species decline in the UK, brought about mostly by an ever increasing population and the habitat loss caused by it? Green don't make me fucking laugh.
@MothinAli@ZackPolanski Representatives of certain groups of people are noticeable by their absence at this waffle fest. The "idiots" have never been more useful.
@Heccles94 Ah, a new green candidate, so obviously your anti economic growth and population growth, because if you're not, then I'm afraid you are far from green. Or are you standing on the new trendy "green" issues?
@anika_climate We can't have food security, our population is too large for that.. we are 65% self sufficient, that will only decrease as our population continues to rise.
