When you own the business, you need to make decisions for the whole company.
Individuals and personal desires are often put on the back burner in order to be successful.
Tell people what you are doing or have already done.
If you focus on what you are “going” yo do, you will get a dopamine hit for it and just reduce your chances of following through.
This is for the masses, not your inner circle.
Everyone says they like feedback, however, most people like to hear what they are doing well.
Very few people take criticism well.
If you can’t take feedback, you cannot grow.
Embrace it, especially from people that want to improve what you do!
2 weeks left. What do you do differently these last 2 weeks that you could/should be doing year round?
I’ll start - having a sense of urgency to fill the schedule.
Inflammation is the enemy! It affects the whole body, but I obviously care more about the eye.
Regardless, if we try treating chronic eye inflammation and do not talk about the patients diet, we are missing the boat!
