@MillPrue With all this tech, @amazon could easily implement a system where sellers who abuse messaging are blocked from using it, and let good sellers continue offering exceptional customer service through messaging, etc.
@MillPrue hey there. I just applied to Walmart for a new biz instead of trying to get them to change the business information for my old biz which I’ve gone around in circles with them. They denied my new brand. Can you get me in touch with your person?
@michaelpatron0 They will just keep insulating the people with the ability and desire to help in any meaningful ways. As long as their stock holders are happy, @amazon couldn’t care less about sellers.
@BlackLabelAdvsr I gave up trying to fight after six months and God told me to turn the page and He had something different for me. So yeah I’m a little bitter about what Amazon did to me, but God has a better plan for me and He is sovereign.
@BlackLabelAdvsr Of all my products, killing my business as I was trying to rebuild it after Covid. I fought and fought and fought and got back to $30,000 a month in revenue with 30% profit and then they chopped my legs off. They kept all my inventory and money and then charged me storage fees
@BlackLabelAdvsr If Amazon were concerned about sellers and truly treated them as partners as they claim to, they would hold black hat, sellers responsible for their actions as a matter of policy, instead of just lip service. The only time they take action against them is when they get bad press.
@SamMendelsohnW6@HarryCantein Omnisend has very good support. I may end up going back to them despite @TrueROAS not feeding data to them like they do Klaviyo.
@SamMendelsohnW6@SamJWasserman The only reason I’m not a longer with Omnisend is that the CAPI tool I use sends info to Klaviyo and not them. I’m not a huge fan of Klaviyo. Their support stinks.
@WalmartSellers I applied to be a Walmart seller, and it was rejected with no reason given. I opened a case to ask about it as instructed and have not heard anything. The case just keeps getting closed with no actual human interaction. Case 14476298. Help?
