बिहार में जिस स्तर की हिंसा हुई है, दिल्ली में जिस हिंसा के वीडियो हैं, अन्य राज्यों में जो दंगे-पथराव-तोड़फोड़ देखे गए हैं, वह सब वीडियो में उपलब्ध है, पर सरकार ने कहा है कि वो एक भी केस नहीं करेंगे। पुलिस ने जो किया है, वह भी वापस होगा।

हाँ, किसान आंदोलन वालों को कैसे पेला था याद है। कितने पर FIR हुई, कितनों को दंड मिला? जयपुर में मुसलमानों ने पूरा थाना फूँक दिया था और रात के दो बजे भाजपा सरकार के मंत्री मुसलमानों से नेगोशिएट कर रहे थे कि सारे केस वापस लिए जाएँगे।

‘बिहार के उपचुनाव से पूर्व सरकार को ये करना पड़ रहा है’ से ले कर ‘बस FCRA, डीलिमिटेशन पास हो जाने दो’ बताया जा रहा है। कहा जा रहा है कि मोदी जी और अमित शाह सोच-समझकर चतुष्आयामी शतरंज की चालें चल रहे हैं।

वो जो भी खेल रहे हों, पर ध्यान रहे कि सार्वजनिक संपत्ति न तो अमित शाह के पैसों से बनती है, न मोदी के, न भाजपा के, वह टैक्स देने वालों की सामूहिक संपत्ति है। उसे अपनी राजनीति के लिए जलाने देना और केस वापस ले लेना, अवैध कार्य है।
