@flipkartsupport Received damaged products and raised return requests multiple times, but no pickup was done. After weeks of follow-up, I'm being given new reasons every time. Very disappointing customer service and poor resolution process for a paid member.

Please arrange the pickup and refund.

But this is a scam, they don't give any such discount. At the time of payment they charge you full. They just want new users and downloads that's it.
