Q3) Personally, I don't use twitter. I never got into it and am new at it. Twitter is an excellent marketing tool because its easy to connect/interact with others. It is easier to share/like/comment on a post and connect with those who have similar interests. #CULIVE5

@kersch_1 Creating a one-on-one relationship with a customer, for instance, helps you as a brand/company stand out because it shows that you care about your customers wants and/or needs. Twitter is for sure great for that.
